Well, I officially have to start all over again, Since I am living with James' family right now, and Dallys (aunt) is just so old fashioned with her shopping, and with the nightly dinners, it has been almost impossible to keep up with all of my usual rituals and routines. But anyway, that is the beauty of it, you fall down, you get up again bla bla. So I need to start all over again, I just updated my food diary for the first time in forever, and am going to start with the mineral salt water flush tomorrow morning to get back on track, and then finish the day with a cup of green tea an hour, and fasting as far as actual food goes for the day. This should get everything going better again, get the little stomach nice and shrunk again, and such. I will do A weigh in tomorrow morning also, to get my starting place all over again (terrified of that!) and we'll move forward from there!
